At Laxmanjee, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality sweets to our customers. Since our products are perishable food items, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Policy

As our sweets are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Products – If you receive sweets that are stale, spoiled, or damaged, please provide proof (photos/videos) within 24 hours of delivery, and we will process a refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong sweets, contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Order Not Delivered – If your order was not delivered due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or schedule a re-delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for refund, and photo/video proof (if applicable).
  3. Once verified, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order delivery.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, etc.).
  • Orders not collected from the delivery location on time.
