At Laxmanjee, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality sweets to our customers promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to:
Panchkula, Manimajra, Chandigarh, Mohali
If your location is not listed above, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Shipping Costs – Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Delivery Timeline
Minimum Delivery Time: 2 Days
Maximum Delivery Time: 3–4 Days
Delivery time may vary slightly based on location and external factors.
3.2 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. (Note: International shipping is currently not available.)
3.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In such cases, shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.4 Change Of Delivery Address
We can change the delivery address anytime before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes.
3.5 Items Out Of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the item and dispatch the remaining order.
3.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed during our business hours after confirmation.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
5. Packaging & Handling
All sweets are packed in airtight, food-safe, and hygienic containers to maintain freshness and avoid damage during transit.
6. Delivery Partner & Tracking
We ensure safe and timely deliveries through trusted delivery partners.
A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.
7. Delayed or Missed Deliveries
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Recipient not available at the time of delivery
In such cases, we will attempt re-delivery or offer an alternate solution.
8. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel, kindly reject it at the time of delivery and notify our customer support.
If you weren’t present during delivery, please reach out to us with photos and we will guide you through the next steps.
9. Duties & Taxes
Sales tax is already applied to the price of the goods as displayed on our website.
No additional tax is charged at checkout.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
